California: Lesbian Couple vs Christian School

Favorable court rulings in recent months for the lesbian gay bisexual transgender (LGBT) community have led many in the church to question, ‘How far are my religious freedoms and constitutional rights going to be compromised?’

And now, events in California are putting this entire question under a new microscope. Before the question was if Christians’ rights would be challenged in public and government institutions. But now a lesbian couple from San Diego, California has taken the question straight into a privately funded Christian school.

According to the National Review, the lesbian couple is wanting to file suit against the school. The school’s director told them that, ‘The Bible says homosexuality is a sin. We don’t condone any sinful lifestyles.’ And they told them for this reason they could no longer admit their daughter into the school, due to their lifestyle.
